"Identifying and Selecting High Performance Franchisees" the topic for New England Franchise Association

New England Franchise Association (NEFA) will present "Identifying and Selecting High Performance Franchisees", a panel discussion on awarding franchises to the best possible candidates. Panelist are Fred Berni, CEO, Dynamic Performance Systems, Toronto, CN and Craig Slavin, President, Franchise Navigator, based in Chicago, IL.

The evening includes a cocktail and networking session beginning at 5:30 PM, dinner at 7:00 PM, and then the presentation. The entire business community is urged to attend. Membership in the NEFA is NOT required. Reservations are required. Registration Fee is $60 per person and includes dinner. All NEFA Members get $10.00 off.

This panel will discuss how to choose candidates that resemble the most successful existing franchisees. It's important to look at franchisees financial situation, business experience and perform background checks, but assessing personality type, behavior, skills, and management style are often overlooked. Quite often, it is the individual behavior of a franchisee that indicates the likelihood of success of failure.
